These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 167bet ("Platform", "we", "our"). By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including full legal name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number;
• Keep your account details up to date whenever any information changes;
• Create only one account per CPF — duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be voided;
• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential and do not share them with third parties;
• Notify 167bet immediately in the event of unauthorized access to your account.

The 167bet reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a user's identity at any time — particularly for larger withdrawal amounts or when the risk analysis system flags inconsistencies. Deposits must be made by the account holder themselves, using a payment method linked to their CPF. The 167bet does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits of suspicious origin or that cannot be verified will be returned to the original payment method and the account may be suspended for review.

Any fees charged by the financial institution (bank, card issuer, or digital wallet) are the sole responsibility of the user. 167bet has no control over third-party billing policies.

The 167bet processes Pix withdrawals in under 3 minutes in the vast majority of cases. The minimum withdrawal amount via Pix is R$ 20.00. For TED and PicPay/Mercado Pago withdrawals, processing times may vary depending on the method.

Rules that apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be requested to a bank account or Pix key registered under the same account holder name as the profile at 167bet;
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may require identity verification before processing — a standard compliance procedure that is carried out only once;
• For withdrawals where the original deposit was made by credit card, the refund may be directed back to the originating card in accordance with the card issuer's policies;
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements are unavailable for withdrawal until the conditions are fulfilled;
• The 167bet does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The operation is completely free for the user.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, the 167bet may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing and request additional documentation. This measure is in place to protect all users on the platform and is fully compliant with the regulations of the Banco Central do Brasil.

Bets placed on 167bet are available for sports such as football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, international competitions), MMA and UFC, basketball, volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and more, as well as casino products including live roulette, blackjack, slots, and crash games.

Core rules that govern all bets:

• Bets are binding once confirmed on the bet slip. A bet cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except in cases where the platform explicitly offers a cancellation option within a specific time window;
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, pre-match bets are returned to the account balance as credit, unless the specific market rules state otherwise;
• Live bets are subject to minor broadcast delays and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of an event. Live odds reflect the current state of the game based on data received by the platform;
• In parlay (combined) bets, all selections must be correct for the ticket to win. Two markets from the same event cannot be combined in the same parlay;

Conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• The welcome bonus is valid for each user's first deposit only. One CPF, one email address, and one device per promotion;
• Bonus balance is kept separate from your real balance and is only transferred for withdrawal after the rollover requirement is met — the wagering requirement that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn;
• Bets placed at odds below a certain minimum value (as defined in each promotion) may not count toward the rollover requirement;

• Use bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to access the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions;
• Betting on outcomes of events whose integrity you have reason to believe has been compromised;
• Make deposits from illegal sources or use the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Sharing account access with other people, including family members;
• Misusing customer support to pressure the platform into making decisions outside the established rules.

Violations of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, and withholding of withdrawals while the matter is under investigation. In cases of proven fraud, the 167bet may take appropriate legal action.
